- Wagon Masters:
We love having groups enjoy our park! To ensure an enjoyable experience for all,
please note our DISCOUNTS and GROUP POLICIES:
GROUP DISCOUNT QUALIFICATIONS:
- To Receive a 10% DISCOUNT:
The wagon master will make initial contact with our reservation staff and reserve a block of sites for the group.
Each group member will call us directly to reserve and pay for the site under their own name.
- To Receive a 20% DISCOUNT:
The wagon master will book a block of sites for the group. They will assign sites to the members and collect payment.
All sites will be reserved under the wagon master/group name.
GROUP POLICIES:
- To qualify as a group there must be a minimum of ten (10) RV sites reserved and checked in on the dates of the group booking.
If a group checks in with less than 10 sites, they will lose the group rate and courtesy use of the Convention Center.
- At the time of booking a group reservation, we will need the arrival and departure dates, number of sites to reserve,
and the wagon master's information (name, address, telephone, and credit card).
- We will do our best to book specific sites if available.
- At least thirty (30) days prior to arrival, we will need each member to pay for their site in advance and provide
their name, address, telephone, credit card information, type & length of RV.
- We require a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night rate for each site be made at the time of booking. This can be made by the Wagon master or by each individual member and is applied to your balance upon arrival. All charges to no-shows are non-refundable.
- If you have members who wish to arrive earlier or stay longer than scheduled, please notify us as early as possible
to see if the site is available.
- Have each group member PARK IN ASSIGNED SITE FIRST PLEASE, then stop by the office to check in.
This will keep traffic from bottle-necking at the entrance.
Convention Center ACCOMODATIONS:
- The Convention Center rooms may have been previously reserved, therefore, may be unavailable. Please check with
us for availability when you are booking your group reservation.
- A group of 10+ RV's may be able to reserve the Kitchen/Dining Room at no charge for up to 2 days.
After 2 days, they will be charged the usual rate. (see rates)
- The Gathering Room may also be available for 2 days with a waive of fee if the group size is too large for the
Kitchen/Dining Room to accommodate your needs.
- A permit is required on occasions where alcohol is to be served (unless provided by a local caterer). You may obtain a permit from the Washington Liquor Control
Agency at the Washington State Liquor store for a minimal charge. You are required to provide a copy of the permit to the office prior to your function.
