Our Payment Policy Effective January 1, 2006: We require at least a first night payment to reserve a site. Monthly Reservations require a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (applied to the balance due upon arrival). Prices are subject to change without notice. Our Cancellation Policies: If reservation is cancelled more than 14 days from your due date of arrival a $10.00 processing fee will be charged. The remainder of the deposit may be credited to your account or refunded. If cancelled 14 days or less from due date of arrival, the 1st night deposit is non-refundable and may NOT be credited to your account. Deposits to hold monthly reservations are non-refundable No refunds for no-call or no-show reservations. No Refunds for holiday or major local event weekends.
