PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES and SITE RATES
Please understand that we are holding these sites for you and turning away other business.
      Our Payment Policy:

      Prices are subject to change without notice.
      We require a first night payment to reserve a site.
      Monthly Reservations require a $100.00 deposit.
      Deposits are applied to your balance due upon arrival.

      Our Cancellation Policies:

      More than 30 days notice - Deposit refunded in full.
      30 days or less notice - $10.00 Processing fee.
      After 12:00 noon 48 hours before scheduled date of arrival the first night's deposit is non-refundable.
      No-show reservations will be made available for others to rent at 12:00 noon the following day.
      If MONTHLY reservations are canceled 30 days or less before scheduled date of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. Please understand that we are holding these sites for you and turning away other business.
      No refunds for early departure on HOLIDAY weekends.

Rates include 1 RV and 1 vehicle, 2 adults (18+) and 2 children (under 18).
All daily and weekly rates are subject to state taxes.
Holidays and major local event weekends require a 3 night stay.
Monthly reservations are not accepted online. For monthly rates call our reservation desk.

    Additional Charges:
    Extra adults $3.00/day, Extra children $2.00/day, Pets $2.00/day, Extra vehicles $4.50/day

    OFF-SEASON RATES:
    October 1st thru April 30th all RV sites are discounted 30% off the daily rate with a two night minimum stay. Discounts cannot be combined and are only applied to daily rates.

  • Discounts - All discounts (Good Sam, AAA, BCAA, AARP, etc.) are applied at the time of check-in. Discounts cannot be combined and are only applied to daily rates.
  • Check in time 2 pm - Check out time 12 pm

    • Telephone connection for each site is available with the local carrier for long term guests.
